ABOUT THIS NEIGHBORHOOD


Gladstone Place is a hidden gem along Chapman Mountain with a rich & fascinating history dating back to as early as the 1800s. A quiet spot with remarkable views, it is located minutes from Monte Sano State Park and Downtown Huntsville. The Board Members of the Homeowners Association are all proud to call this our home.

 

This safe and welcoming neighborhood would not be possible without the friendly, caring and respectful neighbors working together to uphold the Covenants and By-Laws. The Elected Officials of the HOA strive to grow our community relationships as well as the value of our properties through beautification projects. We are motivated to keep Gladstone Place an enjoyable and desirable place to live and thrive. We thank you for supporting our efforts!

Picnic Area Sign Refurbished: Special thanks to Jim Hayes for restoring this sign! This was a tremendous undertaking because the sign was deteriorating but with his care & special touch, this sign will now serve the community proudly for a few more years.

On a clear day April 14, 2016, Tom Kahlert flew over Gladstone Place in his O-1 Birddog known to some as an L-19. The owner of Moontown Airport, Jerry Barnet, former U-2 spy plane and B-52 bomber pilot, flew the O-1 and Tom took these magnificient photos with the 21 Bradford Pears in full bloom. Enjoy the view from above!
